I’m thrilled + humbled to have this collaborative spring bridal session published on Ruffled! This inspiration session was a dream come true, primarily because I got to work with some of my absolute favorite creatives in the wedding industry.

Minimalist Spring Bridal Inspiration

We created a backstory to really guide the artistic decisions for this session. Our subject was a fine art bride returning to her hometown of Milwaukee to get married. Those anticipatory moments before the bride gets married are a once-in-a-lifetime event, and we set out to capture those moments in this spring bridal inspiration shoot.

It all began with a gown created + handmade by Monirose, which was actually a custom piece designed specifically for this inspiration shoot. Monica’s talent floors me each time I see one of her creations, and this gown was certainly no exception. With Mint + Lovely at the helm, styling this bridal session to perfection, I knew everything was going to turn out beautifully. Add in the jaw-dropping floral focal pieces by Belle Fiori, as well as the custom-made, sustainably-sourced wedding rings created by the wonderfully talented Alyssa + Anna, and you have the most beautiful + organic bridal style possible.
