Chicago Engagement Photographer Review

“We absolutely loved working with Laurelyn for our engagement photos (and can’t wait to see her again soon for our wedding next year). When we started looking for a photographer for our special day, Laurelyn met all of our criteria. Her natural, airy aesthetic was just right for our wedding at a Milwaukee nature preserve. Though we live in different states, Laurelyn was willing to meet with us via Skype and lock in our date (so easy!). She’s been incredibly communicative and has a genuine interest in getting to know us and what makes us tick.

Though I’ve heard engagement sessions can be awkward, Laurelyn helped us feel at ease by making us laugh, showing us how to pose and walking us through the process. The hour and a half we had with her in Chicago at the Art Institute flew by—and it was fun and easy. Laurelyn delivered photos quicker than expected, and unlike other photographers, all of the images are ours to keep and share. She makes it really easy in a digital, Instagram-obsessed world. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m so excited that we get to work with her for our wedding day. Couldn’t recommend this photographer more!”
