How is 2014 almost over already?! Though I feel like it was an amazing, busy, crazy, wonderful year, there is always the feeling of things left undone. And that is okay. We do the best we can with what we have, and let’s be thankful for each day we get to live, create, and just BE.
Our little family has had lots of changes over the past year. From moving across Milwaukee, trying my hand at growing a small garden, planning our wedding, getting married, our cabin honeymoon, roadtrips to the northwoods and lake houses, 13 weddings and 24 engagement & lifestyle sessions, traveling to California for a wedding photography workshop, adopting our rescue puppy Laney, countless coffee stops at Colectivo, and making my own holiday wreath – it was quite a memorable one. I’m so thankful to do what I love, be surrounded by people I care about and a city I love, and share my struggles and successes with you all on this blog.
A very Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and Happy Holidays to everyone! See you in 2015!
** A note to my clients and inquiring couples, I’ll be back in my home office and responding to emails on Jan 2 – thanks for your patience and enjoy the Holidays! **
